How We Can Help You 

At A Simply Organized Life, we offer a number of services to help you through your organizing, moving, and decorating needs for your home or business. Our owner, Alison, is also open to accepting speaking engagements. Here are the services we offer:

Home Organizing 

Let us help you clear the clutter in your life and purge you of the items that you need to let go of. It would do wonders for you immensely. Here’s the process we’ll follow:

  1. We give you an estimate for the services you need.
  2. You sign the contract and deposit the appropriate payment.
  3. We’ll pencil in the schedule we agreed on in our calendar. 
  4. We purchase the supplies needed. 
  5. We’ll get you organized

We will need you 5% to 10% of the time while we’re working on your home. Most of our clients are usually in another room of the house or at work. If the project takes longer than two days, we will give you an update of the progress and the supply money used daily. Money used to buy supplies will be reimbursed.

At signing the contract, you would have to pay 50% of the service rate and 100% of the supply amount. These are kept separate. An additional 35% of the service fee will have to be paid halfway through the project. The remaining balance will have to be paid in cash on the morning of the last day.

Moving

Imagine coming home in less than a week after your move to your home completely unpacked with the boxes gone, pictures hung and furniture arranged. 

How do you arrange your belongings? That’s where we come in. 

We will create a menu of services for you after we discuss your organizing or relocating needs. The consultation fee is $90. Here’s a list of what we can do for you:

  • Purge
  • Order moving supplies
  • Pack boxes
  • Arrange the turn-off & turn-on dates for utilities
  • Supervise movers
  • Handle address change for mail
  • Supervise move in day

  • Supervise painters (help pick out colors)
  • Supervise TV sets and art being hung
  • Unpack boxes
  • Organize new home
  • Furniture placement
  • Purchase supplies for new home organizing
  • Remove boxes and moving supplies from home

Each item will have a price. You have to tell us which item you would like us to handle for your move. Many of our clients go away on vacation during the move and arrive once their home is newly organized.

Estate Closing 

Going through a deceased loved one’s things can be really trying. Trust us with handling this for you. Just tell us which items you’d like to keep, as we come accross things we think you or family members may be interested in, we will text photos. You need not be present while we’re working; we can handle it through phone conversations and photos. We’ll setup shipping the items to you or your family members.

Setting Up Your Home Office 

Working from home can be great if you’ve made your environment conducive to work. Let us help you put in systems that will increase your efficiency and create harmony for your business.

Remodeling Your Home 

Remodeling can be both exciting and difficult. That’s where we come in. We will help you purge, donate, and box up your items you want to keep. Get furniture out of the way.  This way when the home improvement experts come in they can do their work. After the remodeling is complete, we’ll return your things to where they belong.

Re-Decorating 

Simply put, this means decorating your home with items that you already love and own. Moving things from one room to another also helps a lot. This also gives you an opportunity to let go of things that you no longer need. It is a cost-effective way to make your home look fresh.

Home Staging 

We well arrange your home to make it more appealing to buyers. It is important to look at it from a buyer’s perspective and not your own. We’ll show off the details of your home that would entice prospective buyers to buy.

Do-It-Yourself Consultation 

Our company offers In-home and Virtual Organizing on home organizing. There are two options available to our Virtual Organizing service. Choose one that best suits your schedule. 


In Home: I will come to your home walk through an area with you and then prepare a plan for you to implement. 

                1 hour in home consult for 1 area. 4 fifteen minute support sessions via Facetime/Skype/Phone. (will offer a discount                        for 2 or more areas done at one time. 


Virtual Organizing Via Facetime or Skype.

We will walk through you area or space together via Facetime or Skype. We will talk about what you want from this space, function, feel and budget. I will then Prepare an Organizing plan for this area or space. The plan will be emailed to you, after you receive this plan you will review and set up a phone/facetime/skype support session to go over together. You will have a total of 4 phone/facetime/skype sessions to be used as needed to help you complete your area. 

Package includes:

1 hr intial consult via Facetime or Skype to walk throught 1 space.

4 fifteen minute support sessions to be used as needed, via phone/Facetime/Skype.

Addition support sessions can be purchased. $40 per session. 

Holiday Decorating 

Let us come in and make your home look fantastic. Our goal is to take your breathe away when you walk into your home and see the holiday glitter. Spaces are limited so get your space booked in October for November and December holidays. After the holiday has passed, we will come in and take the decorations down and put they away for the next use.

At A Simply Organized Life, you can count on us to deliver quality services at all times when it comes to organizing the things in your home. If you need to get your home buyer-ready or simply need to put items in order, you can count on us. Here’s a list of our rates:

Virtual Organizing

Home Staging
Prepare home to sale. Purge and pack items not needed for the time the home is up for sale. Make closets and cabinets look neat. Make home look spacious and uncluttered. Use furniture and art in home.

In-Person Consultation

Walk through the home with client and talk about what needs to be done. Create an outline of time and supplies needed by area.

Phone/Picture
One hour of phone/pictures. Email pictures of the area you need help with. We will review pictures, create a plan for you, and go over it with you. (Includes an additional 15-minute phone support)

Consultation (One Hour in Home)

Whether your goal is to get your home ready for a prospective buyer or put up a more conducive environment, our company is at your service.
 Average $1,500.00 per 1,000 square feet (includes purging and packing, but does not include supplies)

(Clear out home for moving, selling, or renting) 
Turn to us when you need to close a real estate property or downsize a home. This will help you cut mortgage fees.
